Inviting Writing celebrates five years in business

Melton Mowbray-based calligrapher Vicky of Inviting Writing, specialises in creating handwritten, bespoke stationery and signage for weddings. Celebrating five years in business, she started in 2017 alongside full time employment and decided to make it her full time career in September 2021. In Vicky’s previous career, she worked in hospitality and was also a wedding coordinator for five years. 

Priding herself on that experience, she believes it gives her the knowledge of how to make the best of different options and how to ensure all weddings have the wow factor. Inviting Writing offers a wide variety of services from paper-based stationery such as invitations and place cards, to personalising leather jackets. Vicky also creates signage such as welcome signs and table plans. There’s also a hire service for various signage options including mirrors, frames and blackboards.
